Anyone get the FlexUnit coverage fork with cobertura (https://code.google.com/p/flexunit-with-code-coverage/) to work with GradleFx?

Haven't tried it yet, but if you want to use FlexUnit in a more advanced way then I'd suggest you take a look at the GraniteDS build script. They've put their test code in a separate project so they can use custom compiler options and they also use the FlexUnit ant task directly, which probably allows you to use the cobertura fork.

Their build script can be found here: https://github.com/graniteds/graniteds/blob/master/build.gradle

Take a look at the part where they configure the granite-client-flex45-tests project (currently at line 1483).
